How does Morse Operations, Inc. protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Morse Operations, Inc. collect my personal information?	We collect your personal information, for example, when you - apply for financing - give us your income information or provide employment information - provide account information or give us your contact information We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Joint Marketing	A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. - Our joint marketing partners include finance companies.

NOTICE OF CREDIT ACTION

As part of your efforts to purchase or lease a vehicle from our dealership, you are electronically signing a credit application, and therein authorized us to obtain your credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies (CRA’s).

The Seller/Dealership is not a lender, and does not lend money to its customers to finance or lease a vehicle. We have ordered CRA’s to make an initial assessment of your credit scores to enable us to determine which lenders to submit your credit application to in an effort to obtain a finance or lease approval for you.

The Seller/Dealership has submitted, or will submit, your loan/lease application to one or more lenders, and will then await their decision on whether to extend credit to you. If any lender denies your credit application, their decision may be based upon your CRA score, and/or other reasons. If your credit application is denied by any lender, you will receive adverse action notices from each of those lenders in the mail, and upon receipt of such a notice, you may write to each lender to determine their specific reason(s) for denying your application for credit.

YOUR USE OF OUR SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAMS MEAN THAT YOU ACCEPT THE PRACTICES SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE POLICY BY POSTING THE NEW VERSION WITH A NEW EFFECTIVE DATE. YOUR CONTINUED USE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE CHANGES.
